This private community offers a space for Dr. Val to share what she has learned in the years working with individual patients.  It is designed to help you learn about health topics with the goal of improving your overall health.  

There are regular live Office Hours with curated educational topics that are important to women and Q&A sessions where you get questions answered.  Sessions are recorded if you aren't available during live sessions.  There are about 100 previous videos available.
