Hormones are complicated.

Unfortunately, if you are trying to understand hormones on your own, the more you read, the more confused you may become.

Why?

Because a lot of the information that is available about women's hormones is contradictory and some is just plain false.

Some of this information is breathtaking.

And NOT in a good way.

Many experts in female hormone replacement recommend the use of blood or urine testing. While these tests can be helpful for measuring the production of hormones in some menstruating women (and in men), the use of these tests can cause massive overdosing in women who are using hormone replacement. In fact, some women following blood levels end up using up to 100 times more estradiol than a young healthy women makes. And some women end up using the same doses of testosterone as men produce to get their blood levels to go up!

And it might not be isn't any better in your traditional medical doctor's office.

Much of the hormone information that your doctor relies on is obtained from organizations that are ultimately funded by big pharma. Major groups like the ACOG, AAFP, or NAMS, the North American Menopause Society, now named The Menopause Society receive a huge amount of funding from bit pharma.

Those groups recommend againstt doing any sort of hormone testing, either before starting hormones or even after using them to see if levels are in ideal range and well-balanced.

This can be dangerous because many women in perimenopause and early menopause are making too much estrogen! And obviously, if a woman has high estrogen levels, the last thing she needs is to add even more!!

Also, The Menopause Society and other groups recommend the use of loads of prescription medications such as birth control pills, sleeping pills, and antidepressants for controlling the hot flashes, mood, and sleep issues that accompany hormone imbalance.

Why wouldn't they? After all, big pharma started and funds The Menopause Society.

But there is an alternative.

If you are a menopausal or perimenopausal woman who is suffering from a laundry list of symptoms. Symptoms like brain fog, poor memory, anxiety, depression, irritability, hot flashes, poor sleep, fatigue, decreased libido, and premature aging and are at the end of your rope.

If you have already seen a doctor (or several) who told you to 'just live with it' because these symptoms are a normal part of getting older, but was only too happy to give you a prescription for birth control pills or psych meds that you knew wasn't the answer.

Help is here.

Imagine if you could balance your hormones once and for all.  Feeling and looking years younger.  Sleeping soundly and waking up feeling rested.  Eliminating uncomfortable, embarrassing hot flashes.  Regaining lost energy and vitality.  Improving brain fog, memory and mood.

Even your relationships could improve if you could get back to being you!

    • Week 3. Progesterone: What does progesterone do? What happens if levels are too low or high or not in balance with estrogen. Why it's needed for good health, even after menopause and in women who don't have a uterus.

    • Week 4. Progesterone: replacement options and dosing considerations. And why we may want to avoid oral or vaginal delivery.

  • Module 2: Androgen-women need the "male" hormones testosterone and DHEA.

    • Week 5. Testosterone: necessary for energy, strength, and vitality. But a little bit goes a long ways and many women are being horribly overdosed, leading to masculine changes. • Module 4: Sex Hormones and the Effects on Thyroid and Sleep:

    • Week 9. Thyroid hormone. Don't overdue it! Hundreds of thousands of Americans are following bad advice and using way too much thyroid hormone. This is scary and dangerous. Here's why: If your sex and stress hormones are screwed up, your thyroid hormone simply won't work well at a cellular level. Instead of fixing the underlying sex hormone and cortisol issues, people are using unnecessary thyroid replacement. This is extremely dangerous in the long run. We will discuss how to optimize thyroid hormone function in your body by getting sex hormones in balance.

    • Week 10. Better Sleep: Sleep is a primary human need, and sleep deprivation can cause a hormonal crap storm which can cause mood issues, memory issues, weight gain, dementia, and a host of other issues. We will discuss ways to get more restorative sleep.

    • Week 11. Saliva Testing, Reviewing Results. How to order saliva tests any time you need to be retested. Interpreting results. How to order and safely use different brands of over the counter hormones and other supplements.
